6:00 AM: Morning jog (45 Mins/5000 Steps)
6:45 AM: Rest & recharge (5 Mins)
6:50 AM: House set workout (40 Mins)
7:30 AM: Shower (30 Mins)
8:00 AM: Morning sketches & audiobook (1 Hour)
9:00 AM: Breakfast & sportsnet (1 Hour)
10:00 AM: Emails & social media (1 Hour)
11:00 AM: Begin work on key project (2 Hours)
1:00 PM: Stretch & lunch (1 Hour)
2:00 PM: Work on key project (2 Hours)
4:00 PM: Walk around the neighborhood (45 Mins/5000 Steps)
4:45 PM: Snack & refresh (15 Mins)
5:00 PM: Work on key project (2 Hours)
7:00 PM: Emails & social media (1 Hour)
8:00 PM: Movie, Video Game or Book (1-2 Hours)
10:00 PM: Prepare for the next day, begin to shut down (15 Mins)
10:15 PM: Brush teeth, clean face, meditation. (20 Mins)
10:45 PM: Go to bed & recharge for the next day (6.5 Hours Sleep)
